ACM Research Appoints Charlie Pappis to Board of Directors

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACM Research, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACMR), a leading provider of semiconductor test and measurement systems, today announced the appointment of Charlie Pappis to its Board of Directors.

Pappis has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong background in wafer fab operations, process development, and equipment manufacturing. He most recently served as the CEO of Rudolph Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of process control and metrology solutions for the semiconductor and solar industries. Prior to that, he held various leadership positions at KLA-Tencor Corporation, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company's Wafer Fab Solutions division.
