Century Aluminum Names Veteran Executive Peter Trpkovski Chief Financial Officer

Chicago, IL, March 21, 2023 - Century Aluminum Company (Nasdaq: CENX) today announced that Peter Trpkovski has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 3, 2023. Trpkovski brings over 25 years of experience in finance and leadership roles to Century Aluminum.

Trpkovski joins Century Aluminum from Reliant Steel Holdings, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2022. Prior to that, he held various finance leadership roles at companies including Nucor Corporation and ArcelorMittal. Throughout his career, Trpkovski has demonstrated a strong track record of financial performance, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Trpkovski holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified financial analyst (CFA).
