COHEN STEERS INFRASTRUCTURE FUND INC. UTI: Notification of Sources of Distribution Under Section 19

Chicago, IL - March 25, 2023 - Cohen Steers Infrastructure Fund Inc. (the "Fund") announced today that it will be making an estimated source distribution to shareholders of approximately $0.1415 per share, or $1.814 per unit, on March 31, 2023.

The distribution will be paid out of the Fund's assets and will be comprised of ordinary income and capital gains. The estimated source distribution is as follows:

• Ordinary income: $0.0555 per share, or $0.695 per unit
• Capital gains: $0.0860 per share, or $1.119 per unit

The Fund's distribution rate is approximately 5.15% based on the current net asset value (NAV) of the Fund.
