New York, NY - March 25, 2023 - Cohen & Steers, a leading investment manager, announced that its REIT and Preferred and Income Fund (RNPP) will make distributions to shareholders on April 15, 2023. The fund will distribute approximately $0.144 per share, which represents a yield of 5.6% based on the fund's net asset value at the close of business on March 17, 2023.

The distribution will be comprised of net investment income and capital gains. The source of the distribution is as follows:

• Net investment income: $0.064 per share
• Capital gains: $0.080 per share

The distribution will be paid to shareholders who own shares as of the close of business on March 31, 2023. The ex-dividend date will be April 3, 2023.
