Grayscale Investments Appoints Diana Zhang as Chief Operating Officer

New York, NY, April 9, 2025 – Grayscale Investments, a leading provider of digital asset investment products, today announced the appointment of Diana Zhang as its new Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Zhang will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, including strategy, business development, and risk management.

Zhang joins Grayscale from her most recent role as Head of Operations at a leading financial services firm, where she was responsible for managing the company's global operations, including risk management, compliance, and business development. Prior to that, she worked at a top-tier investment bank, where she was a Vice President in the investment banking division.

Zhang holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute.
