Phyllis Nomura Promoted to Chief Financial Officer of First Fed Bank and First Northwest Bancorp

March 25, 2023 - Tacoma, WA - First Fed Bank and First Northwest Bancorp, a leading provider of community banking and financial services, today announced that Phyllis Nomura has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of both organizations, effective immediately.

Nomura, a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience, has been serving as First Fed Bank's Senior Vice President and Controller since 2017. In her new role as CFO, she will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for both First Fed Bank and First Northwest Bancorp, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to the organizations' leadership teams.

Nomura holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington and is a certified public accountant (CPA). She has been recognized for her contributions to the community, including being named a "Woman of Influence" by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
