Foresight Receives Nasdaq Notification Regarding Minimum Bid Requirements
March 28, 2025 - GlobeNewswire - Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: FSI) ("Foresight" or the "Company"), a technology company engaged in the development of autonomous vehicles, announced today that it has received a notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") regarding the Company's minimum bid price requirement.
According to the notification, the Company's average global market capitalization over the last 30 trading days was less than $50 million and the Company's last sale price was less than $1.00 per share, which resulted in the Company's market capitalization being below $50 million for at least 30 consecutive trading days. As a result, the Company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
The Company has been provided with a cure period of 180 calendar days, or until September 24, 2025, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. If the Company's shares maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 or higher for at least 10 consecutive trading days during the cure period, it will be deemed to be in compliance with the requirement.
The Company is actively exploring various strategic alternatives to enhance its financial performance and increase its market capitalization.
