FORTIS INC TO HOLD TELECONFERENCE AND WEBCAST ON MAY 7 TO DISCUSS FIRST QUARTER 2025 RESULTS AND HOLD ANNUAL MEETING ON MAY 8

Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, April 8, 2025 - Fortis Inc. (TSX: FTS) (NYSE: FTS) announced today that it will hold a teleconference and webcast on May 7, 2025, to discuss its First Quarter 2025 financial results. The Company will also hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 8, 2025.

The teleconference and webcast will take place at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 7, 2025. During the call, Fortis Inc. will review its First Quarter 2025 financial results, which will be released earlier that morning.

The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. At the meeting, shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on the election of directors, the appointment of auditors, and the approval of the Company's 2025 Stock Option Plan.
