Glacier Bancorp Receives Final Regulatory Approvals for Its Acquisition of Bank of Idaho Holding Co.

April 9, 2025 - Helena, MT - Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBCI) announced today that it has received the final regulatory approvals from the Federal Reserve and the Idaho Department of Finance for its acquisition of Bank of Idaho Holding Co., the parent company of Bank of Idaho.

As previously announced, Glacier Bancorp and Bank of Idaho Holding Co. entered into a definitive agreement on December 15, 2024, under which Glacier Bancorp will acquire Bank of Idaho Holding Co. in an all-stock transaction. The acquisition is expected to close on April 15, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.

The combined company will operate under the Glacier Bank brand and will have total assets of approximately $11.5 billion, making it one of the largest community banks in the Western United States. The acquisition is expected to enhance the company's presence in the Pacific Northwest and provide a platform for future growth.
