GOGL Changes to the Board Composition

March 21, 2025 - Oslo, Norway - GOGL (OSE: GOGL), a leading global provider of maritime services and solutions, today announced changes to its Board of Directors.

As of March 15, 2025, the following changes have been made to the Board composition:

• Ole Bjerkan, current Chairman of the Board, has stepped down from his position and will be succeeded by Ingrid Bjørnvaig, currently a member of the Board. Ms. Bjørnvaig has extensive experience in the maritime industry and has served on the Board since 2020.
• Kjetil Lund, a seasoned executive with a strong background in finance and operations, has been appointed as a new member of the Board. Mr. Lund brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Board, having served in various leadership positions in the maritime industry.

The Board of Directors of GOGL now consists of the following members:

• Ingrid Bjørnvaig, Chairman
• Kjetil Lund
• Ole Jørgen Eriksen
• Arne Solstrand
• Jan-Erik Røssland
