Creative Realities Reports Fiscal 2024 Fourth Quarter Results

AUSTIN, Texas, March 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Creative Realities, Inc. (OTCQB: CREX), a leading provider of software and services for the digital out-of-home (DOOH) industry, today announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2024 fourth quarter and full year.

Fourth Quarter 2024 Highlights:

  • Revenue increased 15% year-over-year to $6.4 million, driven by growth in software and services revenue.
  • Gross profit margin expanded to 75.2% from 72.5% in the same period last year.
  • Operating expenses decreased 12% year-over-year to $4.3 million, resulting in an operating loss of $0.9 million, compared to an operating loss of $1.3 million in the same period last year.
  • Net loss was $1.1 million, or $(0.05) per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1.6 million, or $(0.08) per diluted share, in the same period last year.

Full Year 2024 Highlights:

  • Revenue increased 13% year-over-year to $23.4 million.
  • Gross profit margin expanded to 74.1% from 71.4% in the same period last year.
  • Operating expenses decreased 11% year-over-year to $16.3 million, resulting in an operating loss of $3.4 million, compared to an operating loss of $4.3 million in the same period last year.
  • Net loss was $4.1 million, or $(0.19) per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $5.2 million, or $(0.25) per diluted share, in the same period last year.
