Microvast Holdings Inc. Appoints Pat Schultz as Chief Financial Officer

Microvast Holdings Inc., a leading provider of battery technologies and energy storage solutions, announced today the appointment of Pat Schultz as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Schultz brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership and strategic planning to the role, and will play a key part in guiding the company's financial strategy and operations.

Schultz joins Microvast from his previous position as CFO at AvidBiotics Corporation, where he was responsible for managing the company's financial planning, accounting, and investor relations. Prior to that, he served as CFO at several other publicly-traded companies, including Corvus Pharmaceuticals and Cymabay Therapeutics.

Schultz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified public accountant (CPA). He is based in the company's headquarters in Houston, Texas.
