Norwood Financial Corp Announces Cash Dividend

March 31, 2025 - Norwood, NY - Norwood Financial Corp (the "Company") (OTC: NWFL) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on May 15, 2025, to shareholders of record as of May 1, 2025.
