Pactiv Evergreen Inc. Announces Receipt of All Required Regulatory Approvals for Planned Acquisition by Novolex

March 28, 2025 - Pactiv Evergreen Inc. (the "Company"), a leading manufacturer of flexible and molded packaging products, today announced that it has received all required regulatory approvals for its planned acquisition by Novolex, a leading manufacturer of packaging products.

As previously announced, the Company entered into a definitive agreement with Novolex to acquire all of the outstanding shares of the Company. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
