Southern Missouri Bancorp Announces Update to Its Executive Leadership Team

Poplar Bluff, MO - March 25, 2023 - Southern Missouri Bancorp, the parent company of Bank of Southern Missouri, announced today that it has made changes to its executive leadership team.

Effective immediately, John P. Hogan, III, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Hogan has been with the Company since 1997 and has served in various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Hogan will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Company and its subsidiaries.

Additionally, David M. Cunningham, Jr. has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Cunningham has been with the Company since 2006 and has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Cunningham will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
