Viscogliosi Brothers Completes Acquisition of U.S. Spine Business from Stryker, Creating VB Spine LLC

Chicago, IL - April 25, 2023 - Viscogliosi Brothers, a leading private equity firm focused on investing in the medical technology industry, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Stryker's U.S. spine business, creating VB Spine LLC.

The acquisition, which was first announced in February, brings together two industry leaders to form a comprehensive spine solutions company. VB Spine LLC will offer a broad range of spine products and services, including implants, instruments, and surgical technologies, to hospitals, surgery centers, and orthopedic practices across the United States.
