Societe Generale Provides Information Regarding Executed Transactions within the Framework of a Share Buyback Program outside the Liquidity Agreement

Paris, France, March 31, 2025 - Societe Generale (the "Company") hereby provides information regarding the executed transactions within the framework of its share buyback program outside the liquidity agreement, as announced on February 14, 2025.

Between March 25, 2025, and March 27, 2025, the Company executed the following transactions within the framework of its share buyback program outside the liquidity agreement:

• On March 25, 2025, the Company purchased 15,000 shares at a weighted average price of €22.45 per share.
• On March 26, 2025, the Company purchased 20,000 shares at a weighted average price of €22.60 per share.
• On March 27, 2025, the Company purchased 10,000 shares at a weighted average price of €22.70 per share.

As of the end of these transactions, the Company held a total of 1,532,500 shares of its own common stock, which represents approximately 0.55% of its issued share capital.

The transactions were executed by BNP Paribas Securities Services, Societe Generale's liquidity provider, at the initiative of the Company.

The total number of shares purchased by the Company since the start of the program is 2,213,000 shares, representing approximately 0.83% of its issued share capital.

The purpose of this share buyback program is to reduce the Company's capital and optimize its capital structure. The program is part of the Company's overall financial strategy and is designed to enhance long-term value for its shareholders.

The Company will continue to provide information on the progress of its share buyback program outside the liquidity agreement, as required by applicable regulations.
