Societe Generale Information Regarding Executed Transactions within the Framework of a Share Buyback Program outside the Liquidity Agreement

PARIS, March 24, 2025 - Societe Generale (Euronext Paris: FR00017909431, ISIN: FR0012821235) today announces the execution of transactions within the framework of a share buyback program outside the liquidity agreement.

The transactions were executed on March 24, 2025, and the total number of shares repurchased amounts to 104,000. The average purchase price of these shares is €28.15 per share. The total value of the transactions is approximately €2,933,600.

Following these transactions, Societe Generale holds a total of 82,114,000 shares in treasury, representing 3.25% of the total outstanding shares.

The share buyback program is designed to reduce the bank's capital and optimize its capital structure. The program is aimed at creating value for shareholders and is part of the bank's ongoing efforts to strengthen its financial position and improve its profitability.
